ABCs to be Saved

Admit you are a sinner and have been disobedient to God. Repent and turn away from your sin. (Acts 3:19, Romans 3:23-25, Romans 6:23)

Believe that Jesus Christ is the Son of God, that he died for your sins, and rose three days later. (John 1:12-14, John 3:16, John 14:6, Acts 4:12, Romans 5:8-9, Ephesians 2:8)

Confess your sins to God and pray to God for forgiveness in the name of Jesus Christ. (Romans 10:8-13)

Alive in Christ

"Repent you therefore, and be converted, that your sins may be blotted out, when the times of refreshing shall come from the presence of the Lord."Acts 3:19

"For all have sinned, and come short of the glory of God; Being justified freely by his grace through the redemption that is in Christ Jesus: Whom God has set forth to be a propitiation through faith in his blood, to declare his righteousness for the remission of sins that are past, through the forbearance of God;" Romans 3:23-25

"For the wages of sin is death; but the gift of God is eternal life through Jesus Christ our Lord." Romans 6:23

"But as many as received him, to them gave he power to become the sons of God, even to them that believe on his name: Which were born, not of blood, nor of the will of the flesh, nor of the will of man, but of God. And the Word was made flesh, and dwelled among us, (and we beheld his glory, the glory as of the only begotten of the Father,) full of grace and truth." John 1:12-14

"For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whoever believes in him should not perish, but have everlasting life." John 3:16

"Jesus said to him, I am the way, the truth, and the life: no man comes to the Father, but by me." John 14:6

"Neither is there salvation in any other: for there is none other name under heaven given among men, whereby we must be saved." Acts 4:12

"For by grace are you saved through faith; and that not of yourselves: it is the gift of God:" Ephesians 2:8

"But what said it? The word is near you, even in your mouth, and in your heart: that is, the word of faith, which we preach; That if you shall confess with your mouth the Lord Jesus, and shall believe in your heart that God has raised him from the dead, you shall be saved. For with the heart man believes to righteousness; and with the mouth confession is made to salvation. For the scripture said, Whoever believes on him shall not be ashamed. For there is no difference between the Jew and the Greek: for the same Lord over all is rich to all that call on him. For whoever shall call on the name of the Lord shall be saved." Romans 10:8-13
